In 2021, the Pennsylvania Erotic Arts League is proud to announce its 1st Penis Decoration Contest. Contest Rules are as follows:
- Contest Entry Fee is $20. All fees must be paid before March 15th, 2021.
- Upon payment of your entry fee, you will be sent one (1) Styrofoam penis, for you to decorate however you wish. The resulting work of art must not exceed 18" by "18" by 18" in volume.
- The artist is responsible for transporting their penis sculpture to and from art show.
- The contest will be judged by a jury of penis experts, as provided by Lady's Wicked Playground.
- The winner of the competition will receive a prize worth $100.
